Karen has worked for the Company since its original conception in 1994 and has therefore built up many years of valuable experience. Her main duties involve negotiation of sales, sales progression and advising clients on all aspects of the sale process.
Chris Foster
Proprietor
Bio
Chris has over 35 years experience within the Estate Agency profession, having started his career in 1984. He has worked within the local property market for the vast majority of this time and has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Chris personally undertakes all property valuations and appraisals and takes great pride in his personal approach and attention to detail in all aspects of running the business.
Shaun Link
Sales / Lettings Negotiator
Bio
Shaun joined the business in 2014, coming from a background in banking. He is currently training and is therefore involved in most aspects of the business, although a large amount of his time is spent away from the office showing and selling our available properties to potential buyers and tenants.
Caroline Foster
Sales Negotiator

Caroline has over 30 years Estate Agency experience and was involved with setting up the business with her Father, Geoff in 1994. She is still actively involved with many aspects of the property sales process including carrying out accompanied viewings, negotiating offers and successfully overseeing sales to completion.
Hannah Foster
Receptionist
Bio
Hannah is Chris's Daughter and although currently studying she has been getting more involved with the business, working every Saturday and covering during the week in between her studies, answering calls, arranging appointments, dealing with clients and overseeing our social media marketing.
Charlotte Evitts
Receptionist / Negotiator
Bio
Charlotte has joined the Company following a break from the property industry having previously worked within estate agency and now bringing her experience to further enhance our team. Charlotte works within our office dealing with clients, customer service and negotiating sales.
Jill Simpson
Lettings Manager

Jill has joined the Company to enhance our Lettings operation and provide day to day support to our Landlords and Tenants in her role as Lettings Manager.
